By validating an order on my-silicone-molds.shop, you accept the delivery conditions described below.

We offer free delivery for all orders made in AU, regardless of the amount of the order.
2. Treatment and delivery times
Delivery times vary according to the following steps:

3. Delivery methods

4. Modification of the delivery address
Once your order has been shipped, it is no longer possible to modify the delivery address.

5. Order cancellations
Cancellation before shipment: you can cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped by contacting us at my-silicone-molds@shopping-support.com.
Cancellation after shipment: if the order has already been sent, you will have to follow the steps in our return policy to return your order.
6. Damaged packages during delivery
If your package comes damaged, we advise you to refuse delivery and immediately report the problem to our customer service to my-silicone-molds@shopping-support.com.
If you are not present during delivery and then find out that the package is damaged, contact us as soon as possible with photos of the package and the article so that we can solve the problem.
7. Orders monitoring
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow the delivery of your package.
